From your first enquiry through to the day itself, we handle the administration, communication and coordination, giving you one trusted person to manage the process on your behalf. We work closely with our partner venues to ensure every detail is organised, every question is answered and every timeline is in place, so you can focus on enjoying the occasion rather than managing it.

We can help organise and streamline your private events offering, including set menu listings, canva design & templates, buffet package curation, enquiry forms, booking processes, email templates, event information and customer communications - saving your team valuable time while creating a seamless experience for your guests.

How we work

We do not sell events or operate as a booking agency.

Instead, we work exclusively with our trusted venue partners, acting as the link between clients and venues to simplify the planning process. Our current venue partner is The Queen's Head, Dorking, with additional partnerships to be announced as we grow.
